You will get a booking confirmation email and reminder emails, you will not get an automated SMS reminder from the booking system so put it in your diary)

Your first appointment is an online video consultation via Google Meet

You will get a link to click on in your booking confirmation and reminder emails. 

Dog reactivity: Your first in-person session after your initial behavioural video consultation will be meeting at my office unless we decided otherwise in the Google Meet.

Your other two sessions will probably be at Yeadon Tarn or Nunroyd Park depending on distance/progress.

Human reactivity:We will have decided in the Google Meet where your first session should be
Visitor-reactive dogs will need a home visit

Traffic reactivity (& other outdoor issues) :We will have decided in the Google Meet where your first session will be

Resource guarding and other problems at home please book all home visits.
